About me

As Managing Director my background in working life before starting this company was in retail.  


I worked as the Customer Service Manager, second in charge, of a £1m a week supermarket in West London, after moving to London from Glasgow.  


Having realised that I needed to better myself and help others I formed this company in 2011 and realised that I can ensure you and your company get the green light in whatever you do.  


Finding a passion in policing, social control and situational crime prevention, I accomplished a 2:1 BSc (Hons) at Canterbury Christ Church University and qualified in Level 5 NVQ in Lean Management, a Level 2 NVQ (Institute of Leadership and Management) qualification in Team Leading, a qualification in A1 Assessing (using a variety of sources), and several other qualifications and I have recently passed a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Effective Leadership.  Since then I have completed the Home Office Continuous Improvement Program, and Prince2 trained.


I have also completed a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and coaching and have completed a TEFL Course and a PTLLs Course so I am fully trained in education and teaching.  


My company has a vast range of contacts and companies that I work in partnership with, utilise that!  


I am also a qualified IQA Verifier and qualified Level 5 holder of HR Diploma with the CIPD.
